Here is a message I received from Joe Vitale, (You may remember him from the “Secret” movie) It validates what I have been saying and also demonstrates the value of having a great Coach, one that can move you through the rough spots and keep you focused on your goals.
If the following story article speaks to you and you have an interest in having a coach, contact me at soulcoachyms@gmail.com for more information. Coaching can be done either in person or through email and the phone.
From Joe Vitale -
I want to be upfront with you about something... Regardless of what the media is telling you about the economy, the war, our environment, oil prices or anything else... You can set a focused intention to attract miracles and actually have them manifest in your life.
Right now, someone is attracting money, the perfect relationship, a new car or home, better health, and even a new fulfilling career.
This letter is hot off the press...
"I will never stop being grateful to you, to Joe Vitale and all the Mentor-Team. Six months ago, after reading "Zero Limits", I decided to enroll in Miracle Group Coaching (I invested almost all my finances).
"After 48 years, living with a good number of negatives memories (caused from the abusive childhood I experienced), low self esteem, always in debt, always worrying and being negative, and asking for help to make a decision - session bysession, I learned to except the past experiences, and to trust and love myself. Ilearned that love, gratitude, and integrity, are the secret to get inspired and attract miracles. "
After a few sessions, I stated the intentions to be able to financially support all my family, to buy or lease a new car and be able to take my family on a trip. Just before Christmas, my small business as a handyman started picking up. The sessions in Miracles Coaching, thanks to your guidance and professional teaching, were a big support for all of this, I was able to buy a new SUV and lease a used truck for my business. After New Years, I signed a remodeling contract for $37,000, and in February it was upgraded to $55,000 with a clean profit of $22,000. After I received the check, I went on line and booked 8 tickets to Italy for my family. I am happy and grateful to God for giving me life and all of you. I love you."
Imagine living with all those challenges (abusive childhood, low self-esteem, financial debt, constant worry) and in a very short time turning it all around. Talk about doing an about-face. His business took off, he bought himself a new car, he leased a truck, and then to top it off, he took his whole family to Italy.
Wow.

Dwell on the Gain _ Part 2
.
A friend recently sent me this question –
I have identified my deepest desires, and one of them is a “steady income.” Someone told me that is not specific enough. What is your take on that?
The answer to this is subtle but important, and has two parts.
1. You can manifest a steady income. You can create money.
YOU can also create joy, happiness and the resources to enjoy any lifestyle you wish to have, if it is beneficial to you and others, which includes having a steady income.
It is all about intention. This energy and the process works best when your intention is to bring joy and happiness into your life and others.
The difficulty in manifesting money and a steady income is that it involves your beliefs and self worth. Unless you do the work to change your beliefs and self worth dramatically, you invariably will tend to regress to previous states. If is extremely difficult to change the outside without changing the inside first!
Setting your intention to have joy, and happiness and perhaps great success in your business, bypasses the subconscious blocks about your value and beliefs. As you connect to your dreams and hold your intention to improve your Joy and happiness, you begin to FEEL it, your energy begins to change inside. This is how Norman Vincent Peal healed himself with laughter therapy.
2. A steady income is very open and unspecific. The universe will give you what you ask for, but it may not be what you want. For instance a steady income of $20 a week is an answer to your request. Your desire has been granted, but you will definitely not be happy.
The Law of Attraction works without fail, consistently and continuously. WHATEVER you focus on most is what you will have. This is why you must always focus on the GAIN (what you WANT to have) and not what hurts or what you currently have or the lack of what you want.
YOU also have to be very clear and specific about what you want to have.

Thy will be Done
Will, is the force that drives our choices, affects our reality, and controls our perceptions. As a child there is no delineation of will.
From the moment we are born others begin to instruct and teach us, that the will of those in power is the dominant force. At birth we cry for food, or to have some other need met. Depending on their state of mind and their current emotional state our caretakers may respond with Love or with Anger. They may meet our needs, or they may punish us for simply being there. They may even punish us for having needs, as in the child that is beaten for crying out in pain. They have complete dominion and power over us. As we begin to grow, we try to find other means of getting our needs met, we become aware of which behaviors induce sympathy or anger from our caregivers. We learn that our requests are denied or diminished if our caregivers are unable or unwilling to meet them appropriately.
Experience quickly teaches us that the will of those in power over us, takes precedence over our will. We learn to submit our will to the higher power, in order to survive and to prevent our caretakers from hurting us. This process is repeated over and over in our daily lives as a young child, sometimes with brutal force, sometimes with subtle manipulation. Eventually we completely sacrifice our will, and learn the behaviors that will give us the most benefit, with the least resistance, until our beliefs are firmly ingrained with the experience of giving up our own will to protect ourselves from pain. We become conditioned and domesticated. We no longer feel our own heart, or our connection to ourselves.
The result of this atrocity leaves our spirit broken and confused. We try to hang on to that little bit of ourselves that we know is our true selves. If that small piece of ourselves is not allowed to grow, eventually our souls feel “lost”. We get trapped in the maze of trying to understand where our power is, where our heart is and who we are. As a child that is a enormous undertaking, that we unable to navigate.
This abuse is continued and driven deeper into our physce when we are introduced to “Religion”. The Church in its efforts to save the souls of the earth, has established itself as the supreme authority on human behavior. Drawing on the teachings of Masters and teachers such as Christ, Mohammed, or Buddha, the leaders of the “church” have written books that are supposedly based on the teachings of these prophets. Other men have proclaimed their personal visions as words from God. All of these writings and texts have been modified and changed to create the greatest power for the Church leaders, and not to empower the people.
One can see in the variety and diversity of the worlds religions that something is out of balance. It took me many years of study and meditation to understand this process. What I discovered is amazing. When one discovers his “TRUTH” he feel alive and connected. This individual then tries to share that with others or writes a book, and begins to teach his “TRUTH” to others. Since most people have been conditioned to give their will to a higher power and this individual seems to have a connection to “GOD” they listen, and soon they are conditioned to that “TRUTH”, eventually an entire religion grows out of that. Now we have many Truths, from many groups, and all believe that their truth is the one and only truth. The real TRUTH is none of them are true for everybody. Each of us has his or her own Truth. Yes we can agree or certain principles or tenants, and in the big picture if we follow our own Truth we are actually all in agreement at the core of our being, as we have all come from the same place.

Dwell on the Gain!
I have spent many hours in the last few years working through the different energies and processes to change my life and learn how to manifest what I want to have in my life. I have looked even deeper into this energy recently, like a geologist searching for clues to the creation of this world, I have spent a lot of time looking for the keys that would unlock the pain I feel, that knowing in my soul that it can be better, but unable to make it happen. The darkness of frustration seeps in to my soul like a slow moving mist, as I struggle to deal with the aspects of my life that seem unchanging.
I found what I have been looking for... what I discovered is close to home. It is within myself. I have the power to have or be whatever I desire. How is this possible you ask? The answer is simple, doing it is the difficult part... read on..
The problem... ? You literally have to create the brain cells to comprehend what I am about to say. If you don’t your own belief system will prevent you from even accepting it as a possibility. You have to convince yourself of the Truth, and override what you have accepted as true. This is evident over history, when people could not accept the world was round, that steel could float, or men could fly. And yet all of these were proven in time.
As more people began to accept the reality, the possibilities increased.
The secret? Dwell on the Gain not the Pain. This message came to me while standing in the kitchen this morning. It was exactly what I needed.
Sounds easy... Yet it requires completely forgetting about what is bothering you, what isn’t working and any pain you currently have. In its place you have to put the thoughts of what you desire. All day, all night without letting up.
At first you will find your mind drifting back to the pain, your thoughts and feelings will snap back to what is, so powerfully you cant stop them at first. You have to keep going, train yourself to move in the direction of what you want. Nothing and no one can stop you but your self.
The Universal law of Attraction is unchangeable… you have done it perfectly for many years. Everything you carry in your mind and feelings, have manifested exactly that way in your current life.
YOU have the Power to change what you have, by changing your thoughts.
God gave you free will, he also gave you unlimited power to create your life exactly the way you want it. It is up to you. Every thought, every word you speak has the power to manifest life. The majority of your thoughts and feelings are currently focused on what you have or you wouldn’t have it.
Like a magnifying glass in the sun, if you move it around not much happens, if you hold it in one place and focus the energy of the sun in one spot you can start a fire. This is what you have to do. Intense focus on the Gain not the Pain.
So how do you do This
Sit down and decide EXACTLY what you want, write it down , draw a picture of it, cut out pictures that remind you of it and post them in your home and car. Every time a thought of your pain rises, replace it with a new thought, a beautiful thought about what you want to Gain!
You cannot push the darkness out of room no matter how hard you try, but if you turn a light on the darkness is gone. Darkness is just an absence of light. This is a universal principle. Disease is an absence of health. You have to replace disease with thoughts of health, and you cannot entertain both, the Law of Attraction is unchangeable. Poverty is an absence of Wealth. So what you put your attention on, if you focus long enough, will manifest. It can be no other way.
Evidence of this abounds throughout history, and you can do it.
So together lets dwell on the Gain, on all of the Gain and nothing but the Gain. Stop thinking and talking about what is wrong or not working for you. Find you Joy and Happiness and Create that all day! IN time the darkness, disease and poverty can no longer survive, as the energy it needs to exist will no longer be available.

Getting to the Roots
.
Today while working in the garden pulling weeds, I realized if you just pull the weeds and don’t get the roots out, the same weeds reappear (grow back) the next week.
So what does this have to do with manifesting what you want? A whole lot!
You see some of our thoughts are like weeds, we can get rid of them on the surface, but if we don't remove the beliefs (roots) that gave them life and energy, they simply reappear. As we begin to work towards our goals, often frustration and hopelessness sets in, We try to get rid of our negative thoughts, without dealing with the beliefs. Then seemingly out of nowhere our mind is full of the same thoughts we just decided we would never entertain again.
No matter how many times you rip out the surface thoughts, the roots (beliefs) regenerate the same old thoughts. As we are often very attached to these beliefs, we struggle with letting go of them or changing them. We are usually very identified with our beliefs.
Changing your beliefs requires digging much deeper than you conscious mind. We have to go into the subconscious and the core of our being. It may require a good intuitive coach or support group to realize and see our own stuck places. Many of these erroneous beliefs were given to us before we were 7 years old, hence they are powerful and deeply rooted.
The best way to know where you are stuck is to begin to be aware of your thoughts and which ones resonate within your body, If you can feel a thought in your body, it has enormous power for you.
This is why you literally have to become what you want to be, not just think or say you want to be or do. By being, you accept that you are already that, and soon your thoughts and beliefs begin to change to conform with your new feelings, you begin to sense the change within your body and mind.
In time you can become what you desire, and have what you want, but it takes conscious effort and focus. It also requires an understanding of the dynamics of beliefs.

5 Great Lessons
.
I found this in my archives and I dont recall the author, but felt it was worth sharing.
1- First Important Lesson -
The Cleaning Lady.
During my second month of college, our professor gave us a pop quiz. I was a conscientious student and had breezed through the questions until I readthe last one:"What is the first name of the woman who cleans the school?"
Surely this was some kind of joke. I had seen the cleaning woman several times. She was tall, dark-haired and in her 50s, but how would I know her name? I handed in my paper, leaving the last question blank. Just before class ended, one student asked if the last question would count toward our quiz grade."Absolutely," said the professor. "In your careers, you will meet many people. All are significant. They deserve your attention and care, even if all you do is smile and say "hello."
I've never forgotten that lesson. I also learned her name was Dorothy.
2. - Second Important Lesson -
Pickup in the Rain
One night, at11:30 p.m., an older African American woman was standing on the side of an Alabama highway trying to endure a lashing rainstorm. Her car had broken down and she desperately needed a ride. Soaking wet, she decided to flag down the next car. A young white man stopped to help her, generally unheard of in those conflict-filled 1960s.
The man took her to safety, helped her get assistance and put her into a taxicab. She seemed to be in a big hurry, but wrote down his address and thanked him. Seven days went by and a knock came on the man's door. To his surprise, a giant console color TV was delivered to his home.
A special note was attached..It read: "Thank you so much for assisting me on the highwaythe other night. The rain drenched not only my clothes, but also my spirits. Then you came along. Because of you, I was able to make it to my dying husband's bedside just before he passed away...
God bless you for helping me and unselfishly serving others.
"Sincerely,
Mrs. Nat King Cole.
3 - Third Important Lesson -
Always remember those who serve.
In the days when an ice cream sundae cost much less, a 10-year-old boy entered a hotel coffee shop and sat at a table. A waitress put a glass of water in front of him."How much is an ice cream sundae?" he asked."Fifty cents," replied the waitress.
The little boy pulled his hand out of his pocket and studied the coins in it."Well, how much is a plain dish of ice cream?" he inquired. By now more people were waiting for a table and the waitress was growing impatient."Thirty-five cents," she brusquely replied. The little boy again counted his coins."I'll have the plain ice cream," he said.
The waitress brought the ice cream, put the bill onthe table and walked away. The boy finished the ice cream, paid the cashier and left.
When the waitress came back, she began to cry as she wiped down the table. There, placed neatly beside the empty dish, were two nickels and five pennies..You see, he couldn't have the sundae, because he had to have enough left to leave her a tip.
4 - Fourth Important Lesson. -
The obstacle in Our Path.
In ancient times, a King had a boulder placed on a roadway. Then he hid himself and watched to see if anyone would remove the huge rock.
Some of the king's wealthiest merchants and courtiers came by and simply walked around it. Many loudly blamed the King for not keeping the roads clear, but none did anything about getting the stone out of the way.
Then a peasant came along carrying a load of vegetables. Upon approaching the boulder, the peasant laid down his burden and tried to move the stone to the side of the road. After much pushing and straining, he finally succeeded.
After thepeasant picked up his load of vegetables, he noticed a purse lying in the road where the boulder hadbeen. The purse contained many gold coins and a note from the King indicating that the gold was for the person who removed the boulder from the roadway.
The peasant learned what many of us never understand!
Every obstacle presents an opportunity to improve our condition.
5 - Fifth Important Lesson -
Giving When it Counts...
Many years ago, when I worked as a volunteer at a hospital, I got to know a little girl named Liz who was suffering from a rare and serious disease. Her onlychance of recovery appeared to be a blood transfusion from her 5-year old brother, who had miraculously survived the same disease and had developed the antibodies needed to combat the illness.
The doctor explained the situation to her little brother, and asked the little boy if he would be willing to give his blood to his sister. I saw him hesitate for only a moment before taking a deep breath and saying, "Yes I'll do it, if it will save her."
As the transfusion progressed, he lay in bed next to his sister and smiled, as we all did, seeing the color returning to her cheeks. Then his face grew pale and his smile faded. He looked up at the doctor and asked with a trembling voice, "Will I start to die right away?"
Being young, the little boy had misunderstood the doctor; he thought he was going to have to give his sister all of his blood in order to save her.
Who among us could be that Brave?
"Work like you don't need the money, love like you've never been hurt, and dance like you do when nobody's watching."
Pass It On.....Pay It Forward!
I found this in my archives and I dont recall the author, but felt it was worth sharing.

IRRITATING IDIOTS CAN BE USEFUL

Another story I read recently,
Gurdjieff used to go out of his way to stimulate his students' emotions. He had a training center in France for some years, an old chateau, the Chateau de Prieure. Students came to live there regularly and would end up working in the gardens, painting the walls, cleaning out the gutters, and so on as well as attending classes and otherwise getting instructions.
Gurdjieff also had some Russian immigrants living there, this being shortly after the Bolshevik Revolution. One of these immigrants, a man who we shall call Bekterev, though this is not his real name, was particularly annoying to those who had come as spiritual seekers. He was not a student of Gurdjieff. Indeed, Bekterev thought everything spiritual was total nonsense. His personal habits drove everybody up the wall. He seemed the most inconsiderable, egotistical, irritable man alive.
Gurdjieff's students hated Bekterev: they were there for serious spiritual work, and this idiot was constantly irritating and distracting them. They started playing practical jokes on him, and they eventually played such nasty practical jokes that he was driven to leave. I
can't recall precisely, but they finally did something like steal his false teeth and roll them in cow manure—something like that. He left in a rage.
As soon as Gurdjieff heard, he immediately got in his car, went to Paris, where Bekterev had gone, and begged him to come back, offering to pay him a magnificent salary just to live at the Prieure. He later explained this to his students, saying something along the lines of, "This man is one of the most valuable teaching instruments I have. You are here for self-study, and this man steps on your emotional corns every day, giving you marvelous opportunities to see how your psychological machinery is constructed. His absence would be a great loss to the gaining of real self-knowledge—real as opposed to the fantasies you have about yourself and your lofty spiritual aims."
I am not suggesting that you go out and deliberately find somebody like that. Life will probably provide, actually.
It is the shift in attitude that you can make that is most valuable. You begin to recognize that you do not know your own psychology; that you are caught up in automatized, unconscious reactions that you do not understand and that cause you trouble. You come to realize that you must understand what is going on in you before you can effectively do something about it, and that you need to engage in self-study, self-remembering, and self-observation. Then the stresses and strains of life become gifts. They give you opportunities to see things that it might take you years to see otherwise.
This is another reason why Gurdjieff was not enthusiastic about monasticism and spiritual retreats. Retreats are arranged to be very calm and peaceful, and so all your nasty problems go dormant. No one steps on your corns. You do not really solve your problems.
You are in an artificial situation that is advantageous in some ways, but which can allow you to get lost in what amounts to fantasies about your level of spiritual development. Get out and work on yourself in life, where these annoying things keep happening, providing rich material for study.
Again, you should not misinterpret this statement to mean that you should try to make your life more miserable. Life will provide sufficient misery. You do not need the hair shirts.

Focus
.
IN working towards my goals , I have had to look back at the work I have done in the past, and determine how I was able to achieve success. The times I manifested seemingly impossible things, I was the most intently focused. I set aside everything else and put all of my thoughts and energy towards my goal.
Recently I have found myself with several goals and things are moving slowly, when I sat down to figure out why, I found my energy and thoughts were scattered and unfocused. Actually I was focused in regards to a particular goal, but I would work on one goal, and then start thinking about another goal. soon the were all run together.
The result is that I was not creating anything of substance, a few things were appearing, but I began to feel frustrated and powerless. SO remember if you are attempting to create what you want, it is beneficial to have one main goal, and make that your primary focus all day.
This means that every thought, every intention and every action is towards your goal. Ok you may still have to do your job, and take out the trash, but in the spaces in between, and even during those times, your thoughts have to be towards what you want to create. The more garbage you mix in with the recipe, the more scattered your original intention will appear.
“Be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind” - Simply put, this means using your thoughts to change your life. It is up to you to manage them. Each of us was given the ability to think, feel and create. What you do with that and how you do it is part of the free will that was also given to each of us.
IN summary, decide what is your primary goal and work on that, often within that goal being manifested, the other things you want will appear quite magically.
So you don’t have to abandon all of your goals, but it requires intense focus and intention, clear and focused thought on you primary goal. Set aside all distractions, and escapes, and set your intention to achieve your goal no matter what. Hold you thoughts towards having and manifesting your goal. See your goal as already here and soon it will be.

I AM

Vitamin for the Soul this month
I AM….
The words “I am….” Are very powerful metaphysical words? Whenever you say, “I am.” you proclaim who you are and want to be to the Universe, to others and to yourself, and the Universe agrees and makes it so.
That’s why it is very damaging to proclaim such things as “I am unhappy,” or “I am broke,” “I am sick,” “I am fat.” “ I am unlovable.”
These statements absolutely attract these unpleasant conditions. This week, use the power mantra “I am…” to create the exact conditions you want in your life.
Try:
• I am healthy
• I am balanced
• I am happily employed
• I am loved and lovable
• I am beautiful
• I am a prosperous creative being
• I am joyful, light – hearted and blessed in every way

Connecting to Source
.
I have been working on finding ways ot connect more deeply with "Source"
Today I was given this...
Raising your Vibration through "Connecting To Source", By Caroline Cory

If all existence is energy and energy is inherently vibrational, it follows that everything in existence is vibrating at one rate or another. In the case of human beings, we are informed about where or how we are vibrating through our emotions. When we have emotions that feel good, we are vibrating in the flow of life, aligned with Source Energy. When we experience emotions that make us feel stuck, limited, fearful etc…, we are vibrating outside the natural flow of Source. Therefore, raising and aligning our vibration with that of Source is the way by which we can restore our balance and wellbeing.
According to the universal laws of attraction and reflectivity, we will attract and manifest our vibrational match. And so, if we are vibrating in a place of fear, anger or guilt, we will attract and manifest like individuals and circumstances that are vibrating in fear, anger or guilt. Similarly, if we are vibrating in a place of joy, love and freedom, we will also manifest our match.
There are many techniques or modalities to restore such alignment. I use the simplest one which is a direct invocation of Source Energy. Since all intelligent beings – including us humans - are an embodiment of Source, simply by invoking this presence and energy, we can restore immediate wellbeing and balance. If we continuously invoke such presence, we can then maintain our alignment and eventually manifest all that we desire effortlessly and joyfully. Could it be so simple? Yes!
No matter what your condition, struggle or belief system may be, you are the embodiment of Source, you are one with Source. You are Source. As such, when in physical form, it is your birthright so to speak, to reestablish your conscious link with your spirit parent: Source Energy. In my practice, I work with individuals suffering from all sorts of “illnesses” or disabilities ranging from emotional traumas, phobias to brain injury and paralysis. Regardless of the severity of the condition, all - without exception - are capable of aligning with Source Energy and experiencing immediate peace, joy and divine love. This state of connection and blending with Source Energy is achieved in less than 10 minutes through a simple invocation. Try it, it’s just that simple!
(Once you have memorized this invocation, it is best to close your eyes and breathe deeply a few times – in through the nose, out through the mouth. Repeat this invocation 3 times and allow the energy to flow).
I ask and intend to connect to Source and the energy of my Divine Creator now.
I ask and intend to bring this Source Energy through my physical body and in this physical space.
I ask and intend to feel the energy of Source fill my entire being now.
I ask and intend that the energy of Source restore my wellbeing, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, now.
And so it is

Brain Drain
If you have been following along, this will be easy, if not you will need to read the previous blogs. Those who try to bypass the process will end up back at GO and wont get their $200. (Remember Monopoly?)
It all begins in the brain, often we refer to the brain as the Mind, it is similar and occupies the same space, but is so very different. Brain drain is where you allow the brain to manage your life, and put the MIND on hold.
The brain deals with the past and the future, It wants and needs to process all of the garbage that passes by and is affecting our lives. None of which helps us achieve our true goals. Allowing the brain to control your life will basically drain you and those around you of the energy necessary to create what you want.
The Mind is connected to all things, and can achieve anything you ask it to. Once you understand the difference and learn to switch over, your life begins to change. Miracles begin to appear.
I have watched and experienced people doing this regularly. Those who willing and accept what I teach them, have experienced it first hand, often within minutes.
One client wanted to move to certain area of town, he called complaining about people not returning his phones calls, how he could not get a place, too expensive, wouldn't take his dogs, etc. I had him set his intention to have what he wanted, and I held that energy with him.
Several hours later he called and told me that a friend he hadn't heard from for a long time called him, and she started telling him she needed a roommate. It turns out she lived exactly where he wanted to live, loved his dogs, and gave him a place at half of what he was planning to spend. I see that as a miracle. The difference, he stopped Draining energy using his brain and connected to his mind, (Source) and manifested what he wanted in less than three hours.
So it is up to you, the choice cannot be made by me or someone else. Only you can decide if you truly want to change your life, or you prefer the pain of the familiar, continuing to constantly spew your past and future struggles all over your present. Or Step into the Now, and just be. This means you have to stop talking, thinking about and processing all of your garbage, no matter how real it seems or how much it is affecting you currently. Or find like minded people who will support that, and assist you in your Brain Drain.
I have not seen or experienced one incident where someone achieved or manifested their desires by spewing out all of their concerns, pain, difficulties, anxieties or fears.
On the other hand I have witnessed and accomplished for myself magnificent and amazing things by using my Mind.
