.
You change your life by doing things in a certain way. IN order to do this you must be able to think in a certain way.
A person's way of doing things is the direct result result of the way he thinks about things.
To do things in the way you want to do them, you will have to acquire the ability to think in the way you want to think. This is the first step to having what you want.
Every individual has the natural and inherent power to think
what he wants to think, but it requires far more effort to do so
than it does to think the thoughts which are suggested by appearances.
To think according to appearances is easy; to think
truth regardless of appearances is laborious and requires the expenditure
of more power than any other work we are called upon
to perform.
There is no labor from which most people shrink as they do
from that of sustained and consecutive thought. It is the hardest
work in the world. This is especially true when truth is contrary
to appearances. Every appearance in the visible world tends to
produce a corresponding form in the mind which observes it,
and this can only be prevented by holding the thought of the
TRUTH.
To look upon the appearances of poverty will produce corresponding
forms in your own mind, unless you hold to the truth
that there is no poverty; there is only abundance.
To think health when surrounded by the appearances of disease
or to think riches when in the midst of the appearances of
poverty requires power, but whoever acquires this power becomes
a master mind. That person can conquer fate and can have
what he wants.
This power can only be acquired by getting hold of the basic
fact which is behind all appearances, and that fact is that there is
one thinking substance from which and by which all things are
made.
Then we must grasp the truth that every thought held in this
substance becomes a form, and that a person can so impress his
thoughts upon it as to cause them to take form and become visible
things.
When we realize this we lose all doubt and fear, for we know
that we can create what we want to create, we can get what we
want to have, and can become what we want to be.
So we see here that the ONE thing we have to be in control of is our own MIND,and the fact is most of us are not willing to do the work involved in managing this power. IN fact we often blame our failures on everything outside of ourselves and the reality that is of our own making.
so we begin with how to Train your Brain -
1. Accepting and fixing the following Truths in your mind is essential. They are not religious facts or dogmas, but simple Laws of the Universe that have been proven and work every time.
There is a thinking stuff from which all things are made, and which,
in its original state, permeates, penetrates, and fills the interspaces of
the universe.
A thought in this substance produces the thing that is imaged by the
thought.
A person can form things in his thought, and, by impressing his
thought upon formless substance, can cause the thing he thinks about
to be created.
2. You must know what your purpose in life is, if you don't then sit down and work on it until you do. Contemplate why you are here, what is your gift, what brings you Joy, what fills you with Love and makes you soul sing? Write it out, and post it where you can see it everyday. Make this your mission statement, and return to it anytime your mind begins to think about what is in front of you.
3. Anytime a thought or feeling begins to arise in your consciousness is the time to stop it, before it takes hold and generates power. Much like a train leaving the station it takes time to generate momentum. The sooner you catch the wayward thoughts the easier it is to bring them under your control.
This requires practice and effort. This is the work that is mentioned here that most will not do. You have to do it everyday all day, until it becomes easier and soon you will be aware of your power and abilities to think and use your Powers to create what you want rather than creating more of what you have.

The Secret of Love
.
Love as a force in its true form, comes from the heart, the soul and the spirit, and not the mind. Often we are unaware that we are expressing what seems to be love and yet if fails to be understood. The secret is to be aware of where it is flowing from.
The mind is full of dichotomies, opposing forces, beliefs and self actualized needs that drive it to perform and produce the sounds and words that provide the ego with satisfaction. The minds purpose and position is biological. It cannot comprehend the full scale of Love and the true power and scope of Love. It has limited ability to express love. We tend to use the mind to imagine love, to write stories and songs about love, to say lovely things, and yet these are limited and often can be withdrawn if the object of our love changes in any way. One wrong word or action can invoke anger and negativity from our minds.
So as we become aware of this, it requires that we go within and feel Love in our hearts, to sense the true feelings, emotions and energies that produce and maintain love. Real, True, LOVE is unlimited, it has no requirements or criteria. We feel love in our hearts but the mind decides who we are going to share it with, and give it too. The mind also decides if that person deserves to receive it, and how often.
The greatest leap and the most difficult step in the process of learning to love is Loving ourselves.
Our teachings, cultures and religions all teach service to others, yet rarely teach us to love ourselves. To know and understand this concept and experience Loving yourself requires quiet meditation. It requires quieting the mind, Literally getting out of your mind and into your own heart. Only there will you meet and experience Love.
Love is like God (and is GOD actually) it is always there and yet we don't always tap in to it, trust it, or use it to our advantage. Love is unfailing, unchanging and fills the universe like the air we breathe.
Love can be expressed in many ways, but is most easily recognized and felt in person and doesn't require words. A hug, a touch, even a loving look can often convey much more Love than words.
Going deeper into the essence of Love it is a vibration, hence the reason we can feel it easier than hear it. The more connected to the Love in your heart you become, the higher your overall vibration tends to be.
As you spend more time in you own heart and allow the energy of love to flow you will find your life will begin to change. This is not a one time exercise. Much like physical exercise you have to do it ever day. Practice, Practice, Practice!!!
Laying One brick at a time you can build any building no matter how large. It only requires continual application of bricks and mortar. The same is true of change in your life. Don't give up after a few days if nothing feels different. Persist! it may help to look at the previous warrior post on this blog, to learn the requirements for winning.
Spending more time with like minded ( and Like vibrational) people will assist you in this journey.

Global Shifts in Consciousness
.
Here is a recent email I recieved, this is very powerful and well worth watching!
Craig
From Michael Jura -
The world as we know it is on the cusp of transformation:
A shift in global consciousness that will see us moving away
from the confines of egocentric thought…
Into a paradigm of oneness and self awareness.
As a remote viewer there's a high chance you saw this
coming, so let me ask you:
Have you seen subtle changes in the people around you?
Have you realized that many of us are beginning to see ourselves
for what we really are?
Have you noticed a deeper sense of responsibility, and a realization
that we are all connected at the core?
This period of transformation of course comes as good news, but
be warned...
It's not without its perils.
Because those who are unprepared will find themselves hopelessly
lost, disillusioned and disconnected from their surroundings.
So how do you ride this wave of global change?

The Science of Getting Rich:
.
The Science of Getting Rich:
By Brad Jensen
The Question:
I’d like to know if anyone … has gotten rich yet using [Wattles'] ideas? Let us know.
I’m a sales and marketing manager and the only way I can prove my effectiveness is by RESULTS. The best advice in the world won’t work unless we put it to work and carry it through.
It’s one thing to SAY it works, but it’s another to DO it and have results to prove it. (Wattles says that too).
Any millionaires reading this?
Brad’s Elegant Response:
It so happens that I am a millionaire, in that I own a company that I created that is worth at least $7 million, and I earn an income of over half a million a year.
And I started 22 years ago with a degree in Philosophy/Religion and a borrowed pencil.
I have been diligently exploring prosperity ideas, learning and teaching them for most of the last 20 years. Here are the secrets of the universe:
1. The big secret first: Our physical world is a dream world, and it works just like dreaming, but generally slower.
As you acknowledge the dreaminess of it, and begin to work with it from that perspective, the apparent speed of action increases. The way to direct the world is through your imagination and will. Exercising your will strengthens it. You can exercise it by doing something unpleasant until it becomes pleasant.
2. You receive through the same doorway through which you give. The way to receive freely is to give freely. Quality is more important than quantity, since the universe amplifies thought into circumstance. Begin giving, and let God perfect your giving.
3. Forgive God. Loving your neighbor is loving God. Forgiving your neighbor is forgiving God. When you think you see a lack of God’s love or grace in any condition, look again. Look deeper.
4. No matter how you stumble and fall, are unable to meditate, turn your attention from your real self for years, hurt and are indifferent to the love of those around you, get back up and expect forgiveness from God, and accept his grace wherever you find it.
Whether your friend or your enemy gives you something, it is a gift from your own true self.
5. Do not waste energy on the impossible. Do not try to convince anyone or change anyone’s mind. Do not ask others to make choices for you, do not make choices for others. Both of these are illusions and a denial of the love of God.
The best thing you can do for anyone else is help them make a conscious choice, so that they can learn from it. The best way to teach is by example.
6. You are wealthy now with an abundance of what you are thinking about. The world is a creative engine, and will create whatever you are really thinking. Every thought in your mind is a prayer about you, no matter who the subject seems to be.
The only way to manifest lack is to hold something against someone else. Give up all thoughts of offense, revenge, of being injured, of self-justification, of needing to defend yourself against others’ expectations, of the unfairness of life, of others getting some unearned advantage.
Joy breeds joy and sorrow breeds sorrow. When you hear of someone’s good fortune, think, “Good for them! God is blessing and prospering them, and I bless them also!”
Charles Fillmore says, “The inexhaustible resource of spirit is equal to every demand. There is no reality in lack. Abundance is here and now manifest!”
And he is absolutely right!
7. Trust yourself consciously. You really do anyway! The key to mastery is to acknowledge reality. Reality is a simulation. The future pours into the past through the funnel of your thinking. Change what you are thinking now, and the future will take care of itself.
8. Your life is in a dynamic balance, based on your present thinking.
What happens when you take two percent of the amount on one pan of a balanced scale and put it on the other side? Of course that now-heavier side goes down, the other goes up, and the change is complete.
Two percent of your waking, non-working life is ten minutes a day. Ten minutes a day of concentrated thought will change your life completely. As a starting point, you might print this message out and read it daily for one full month. When things start to change, don’t get excited and distracted, but stick with it. Don’t talk it away to others. Let the energy concentrate and build. The only thing God knows how to make is a miracle.
9. You don’t earn it, you learn it.
In any challenging situation, ask yourself, “What am I trying to learn here?” Then begin to act on that principle. Experiment with your life. Invest in your relationships by taking risks in your communication.
10. When you are stuck, find someone else with a similar situation, and teach them what you have learned so far.
(Often they will come and find you!) Until you give it away, you don’t own it. This goes for wisdom above all things.
11. Understand that you will never create a situation that you can’t learn from.
What would be the point? God is with you every moment it’s his job. “I can handle this with God’s help” is the beginning and the ending of faith.
12. The only limitations are self-limitations. Let abundance begin right now.
Watch out for the tendency to “Name it and blame it.” Responsibility is the opposite of blame. When you blame yourself or others, you temporarily deny your power to change (which is wasting energy on the impossible again.)
Sooner or later, everyone in your life that you think is preventing you from being or having whatever you want will either die or move away, and you will find out that the condition is made in your own mind. Why not act on this awareness NOW?
13. If you are alive, you deserve to be rich. God wants you to be rich. He is more willing to give than we are willing to receive no matter how willing we are to receive.
14. We are infinite beings pretending to be finite. We have created forms and conditions to escape the limitations of formlessness. But let’s not forget who we really are, and let’s not pretend too hard.
The first step to abundant living is to relax, the second is to focus attention, the third is to concentrate, the fourth is joy, the fifth is to allow manifestation, the sixth is to give freely, the seventh is gratitude to the True Source.
15. Let go of what you aren’t really using. If you are holding onto something (person, place, or thing or even an idea) because you think you might need it later, you are really telling yourself that you do not own that thing, you do not deserve it, and you do not believe you can recreate it in the future.
These are all poverty thoughts.
Clean out your closets, have a garage sale or give it all to Goodwill [a not-for-profit organization that runs thrift stores and other operations to teach job skills], but let go of all that spiritual cholesterol that is clogging your arteries of good.
16. Tithing is giving ten percent of your income to those groups or individuals that you see using spiritual principles in a way that you would like to have grow in your life. The secret to tithing is to understand that you are tithing now, through your thoughts, and that conscious tithing is just taking control of a process that is already occurring. Regular, conscious tithing builds your conscious power to accept God’s abundance in your life.
For most people, a good place to start is tithing to your church or other faith community, your support group, someone who is teaching you, or someone who is a good spiritual example to you.
Many churches and centers teach you to tithe to “your channel for spiritual good.” Well, that’s the whole world if you choose to live in the spirit!
I say give where you feel good about giving where you can give without doubt or restriction. If there is no such place, create one. Give with no strings attached, and receive the same way.
Thank you for sharing with me the opportunity to express on this subject. I have been enormously blessed as a result.

Accord -To be in agreement, unity, or harmony
.
Accord - To be in agreement, unity, or harmony
Recently in my meditations I have been working on relationship difficulties and therefore have spent a lot of time working through the spatial and inner workings of what is causing the disharmony and difficulties.
When we meet a new partner things seem to be so harmonious at least on the surface. As we have all heard when the honeymoon is over things begin to unravel. And yet I have heard many stories of couples that remain in love and harmonious their entire lives together.
as I disassembled the workings of my own internal issues with this, I asked for the insight and wisdom to understand the underlying dynamics of the harmonious relationship.
What I was given is this... its back to the 1-2-3 process again. (if you haven't watched the Waltzing with God videos I will respost them at the end off this blog)
A musical chord is made up of three notes, there are 8 notes (plus the sharps and flats) in an octave and then there are essentially unlimited octaves. For now lets focus on relationships and the way this works.
Each aspect of our being - Spiritual, Physical and Mental have separate and distinct vibrations, which contain and often create our own individual chord.
When we meet a new person the most prominent note is the physical. It seems that this note is the easiest to tune. For whatever reason it seems to be the most powerful as well. Perhaps our biology, and survival instincts drives this connection.
Soon though we find disharmony begins, and it becomes not our own internal balance that seems off, but that the other person is out of balance, and needs to change.
This is where the chords are not synchronized. we are not in "ACCORD".
When two musician play together they not only have to play in the same key, they have to play the same chords at the same time in order for the music to produce music that is pleasing and beautiful. If one musician decides to play his own way and change the chords or notes you can hear the disharmony easily.
In a relationship when the disharmony begins we often feel it as well as hear it. We tend to blame the other for not following the music.
Until all three notes (Spiritual, Physical, Mental/Emotional) are in harmony with your partner, you will not be in ACCORD. If you are unable or unwilling to shift your vibration to match each others, you cannot find ACCORD. Many times couples are not able to tune in, and yet when they end that relationship and they can connect to another person, things can smooth out and become harmonious. They simply find someone who is more "in tune" with them.
This is the result of finding your matching vibration. Not just on the physical plane but on the Spiritual and Emotional/Mental as well.
Last but not least, if you want to find that harmony , it requires that you examine the vibrations you are producing on all of these levels from within as they determine what you will attract as well as what kind of ACCORD you will have with your partner.
Here are the waltzing videos - the first shows how you begin...
Learn to waltz
Now watch this one... about halfway through they repeat the dance with the count timing... the same count 1-2-3, but they are no longer in the box, this is simply what ACCORD looks and feels like when it works. And I have experienced both, and it is very spiritual when you are in harmony on the dance floor, and yet it requires both partners to do their individual parts.
They both cannot lead, nor can they switch back and forth, it is the agreement and working together that creates the ACCORD.

MORE insights about Thoughts and the Mind
.
From The Master Key...
Every thought sets the brain cells in action; at first the substance upon which the thought is directed fails to respond, but if the thought is sufficiently refined and concentrated, the substance finally yields and expresses perfectly.
This influence of the mind can be exerted upon any part of the body, causing the elimination of any undesirable effect.
A perfect conception and understanding of the laws governing in the mental world cannot fail to be of inestimable value in the transaction of business, as it develops the power of discernment and gives a clearer understanding and appreciation of facts.
The man who looks within instead of without cannot fail to make use of the mighty forces which will eventually determine his course in life and so bring him into vibration with all that is best, strongest and most desirable.
Attention or concentration is probably; the most important essential in the development of mind culture. The possibilities of attention when properly directed are so startling that they would hardly appear credible to the uninitiated. The cultivation of attention is the distinguishing characteristic of every successful man or woman, and is the very highest personal accomplishment which can be acquired.
The power of attention can be more readily understood by comparing it with a magnifying glass in which the rays of sunlight are focused; they possess no particular strength as long as the glass is moved about and the rays directed from one place to another; but let the glass be held perfectly still and let the rays be focused on one spot for any length of time, the effect will become immediately
apparent.
So with the power of thought; let power be dissipated by scattering the thought from one object to another, and no result is apparent; but focus this power through attention or concentration on any single purpose for any length of time and nothing becomes impossible.
A very simple remedy for a very complex situation, some will say. All right, try it, you who have had no experience in concentrating the thought on a definite purpose or object. Choose any single object and concentrate your attention on it for a definite purpose for even ten minutes; you cannot do it; the mind will wander a dozen times and it will be necessary to bring it back to the original purpose, and each time the effect will have been lost and at the end of the ten minutes nothing will have been gained, because you have not been able to hold your thought steadily to the purpose.
It is, however, through attention that you will finally be able to overcome obstacles of any kind that appear in your path onward and upward, and the only way to acquire this wonderful power is by practice -- practice makes perfect, in this as in anything else.
Man is so constituted that he must first create the tools, or implements by which he gains the power to think. The mind cannot comprehend an entirely new idea until a corresponding vibratory brain cell has been prepared to receive it. This explains why it is so difficult for us to receive or appreciate an entirely new idea; we have no brain cell capable of receiving it; we are therefore incredulous; we do not believe it.
You will readily see that what we think determines the quality of mind, and that the quality of mind in turn determines our ability and mental capacity, and you can readily understand that the improvement in our ability will naturally be followed by increase in attainment and a greater control of circumstances
Inspiration is the art of imbibing, the art of self-realization; the art of adjusting the individual mind to that of the Universal Mind; the art of attaching the proper mechanism to the source of all power; the art of differentiating the formless into form; the art of becoming a channel for the flow of Infinite Wisdom; the art of visualizing perfection; the art of realizing the omnipresence of Omnipotence.
An understanding and appreciation of the fact that the infinite power is omnipresent and is therefore in the infinitely small as well as the infinitely large will enable us to absorb its essence; a further understanding of the fact that this power is spirit and therefore indivisible will enable us to appreciate its present at all points at the same time.
An understanding of these facts, first intellectually and then emotionally, will enable us to drink deeply from this ocean of infinite power. An intellectual understanding will be of no assistance; the emotions must be brought into action;
thought without feeling is cold. The required combination is thought and feeling.
Inspiration is from within. The Silence is necessary, the senses must be stilled, the muscles relaxed, repose cultivated. When you have thus come into possession of a sense of poise and power you will be ready to receive the information or inspiration or wisdom which may be necessary for the development of your purpose.
Do not confuse these methods with those of the clairvoyant; they have nothing in common. Inspiration is the art of receiving and makes for all that is best in life; your business in life is to understand and command these invisible forces instead of letting them command and rule you. Power implies service; inspiration implies power; to understand and apply the method of inspiration is to become a superman.
We can live more abundantly every time we breathe, if we consciously breathe with that intention. The IF is a very important condition in this case, as the intention governs the attention, and without the attention you can secure only the results which every one else secures. That is, a supply equal to the demand.

Radical thoughts about the Mind
.
I have become acutely aware of how powerful thoughts are and the inability of most people to control their own mind. So I have decided to share some of what I have discovered about the mind, the brain and the power of thoughts.
For those of you who do not know me, I dealt with severe depression for a long time. It took me to the brink of suicide, ended a relationship and I was fired from several jobs. In desperation I searched for answers, even though I was blinded by my own internal demons and pain.
Most of the people I asked recommended using drugs, which I tried, but found made me feel worse. Finally I found a small book that gave me the answer I was looking for. It is based on the Power of Now and controlling your mind. In one weekend I learned how to get control of my mind, and stop it from controlling me. The result was I have not been controlled by depression or any other internal or external influence since.
Do I still feel sad, or lonely at times? Absolutely! But also feel happy, joyful, silly and laugh a lot. One feeling isn't better or worse, I can feel whatever is appropriate at the time, honor those feelings and go on.
The trap is when the feelings begin to generate thoughts, and the mind feeds them and soon thoughts generate more feelings, and the cycle of creating thoughts and feelings about the situation soon takes over your your entire being.
In this state you have no control over the mind, you are totally at the mercy of your thoughts and feelings with no way to change them. This results in an ever downward spiraling into the depths of extremely painful experiences.
Not everyone is affected in this way by their mind or their thoughts, but I have found that most people are unable to control their minds or their thoughts.
I began this post in an attempt to share how your mind is affected by your thoughts.
The amazing thing is that the thoughts you have can prevent you from even understanding this principle. As your beliefs, and your paradigms can deeply affect what you think an dhow you use your mind.
Therefore you are the only one who can change your mind, your beliefs, your thoughts, and your paradigms.
In essence the mind is the engine that runs all of these factors. You have to choose to change any and all of these by using your mind. If you do not have control of your mind, which most people do not, you will be open and vulnerable to any and all influences from other people, marketing, teachings that are based on other peoples beliefs and paradigms.
Here is what I have found that works best. When you find your mind dwelling on a certain subject or thought, you have to consciously bring your thoughts and your mind into the current moment. This is accomplished by stating to your mind Be Right Here Right Now,and keep doing that until you have control of your mind. This is so that your thoughts attention and consciousness are all focused on this moment right now. You may have to do this over and over until you are able to maintain your consciousness in the present moment.

Outrageous Courage
.
Today it was revealed to me in my meditation that although many take the steps to change their lives, read books, buy programs and attend workshops, they are STUCK. Many are unable to produce the results that are promised in the materials they use. So they simply buy another book or program, which ends up with the same results.
One of the most critical KEYS in getting what you want is courage. YOU must find the courage to decide that you are going to change. Then you must apply the warriors preparation (see my previous post on that subject).
This means leaving behind all of the known solutions, beliefs and paradigms. For most that is more difficult to do as we often are unable to define our own belief systems or paradigms as they are so familiar and powerful.
Here is an email I received from Joe Vitale yesterday -
When people ask me how I went from
homeless to bestselling author, all I can tell them is I never let go of my dream and I persistently and relentlessly worked toward making it a reality.
And I worked at my dream while I was homeless, in poverty, struggling with no job at all or jobs I hated so bad I cried driving to and from them.
I never gave up.
I kept going to the library, kept reading self-help and self-improvement books, and kept applying what I read.
It all helped me.
But it wasn't enough.
I needed something more.
The giant breakthrough came when I got
a personal coach.
I wrote about this in my book, "The Attractor Factor," and I've told the story many times.
While you'll grow with books and audios -- and you should keep reading them as nourishment for your mind and soul -- the dramatic leaps to new levels will come more easily and quickly with a coach.
end quote
So you see even the most advanced gurus required help from an outside source. Let me explain the reasons.
1. It is extremely difficult to see your own reflection regarding your beliefs and paradigms.
2. We often resist changing what is familiar, and even if changes are made they are difficult to maintain.
3. Without understanding the mind, knowing how to control it and having the tools and awareness to push ourselves into unknown energy patterns we almost always slingshot back to the pain of the familiar.
4. A Good coach is simply there to keep you focused, reveal the traps and guide you to your own greatness. A coach that tells you they have the truth and the only truth is going to lead you into their own paradigms, which does not help you very much. So pay attention to that as well.
Courage is required on every step -choosing to change, trusting in a coach to help you, deciding to leave the pain of the familiar, and being able to hold the desire long enough for it to manifest.
If you haven't watched it yet go rent "The Pursuit of Happyness"
it is a perfect demonstration of commitment and courage under the most discouraging circumstances you can imagine and its a true story.
So where are you today? Are you ready to begin?
It requires your choice, no one else can decide for you...
I will help you in any way I can, I have lived through a lot of dysfunctional situations that have taught me many things. I only teach what I have learned, therefore I won't ask you to do anything I haven't had to do myself.

CHANGE YOUR LIFE!
.
Can I ask you something?
If you had the chance to take 6 minutes a day, and invest in an endeavor that would completely change your life for the better -- make you healthy, wealthy, successful, give you total freedom to do what you wanted with other 1,434 minutes of the day, what would you be willing to do? Maybe run or walk a mile, perhaps stand out in extreme weather conditions, how about speak to someone whom you least enjoy in the whole world... What would you be willing to do?
Well, what if I told you that there IS actually something you can do for six minutes a day (excluding weekends, in fact!) that, if taken seriously, could comprehensively alter every aspect or your life for the better. AND -- it is not nearly as severely unpleasant as what you might have just imagined having to do...
All you need for this 6-minute-a-day activity is a willingness for change in your life. I am working with someone who had that willingness and discovered, over 50 years ago, how to completely change his life for the better. And for the last 50 years, he has been teaching others how to transmute their desire for change into their every wish-come-true. It CAN be done! And it can be taught in 6 minutes a day!
Please do yourself and me one favor: Right now, go and click on Bob Proctors picture to the left of this blog. Follow the instructions. Then, let me know what you think.

5 Levels of Manifesting
.
Good video explaining levels of Manifesting,
5-levels-of-manifesting
As you may note the posts on that website include many who have attempted all of this and are still struggling..
So what is the answer?
It may vary with each individual, but The biggest key is controlling your mind.
If you can control your thought you control what you manifest. Many people have attempted to follow these guru's,and because the gurus never explain what they are doing, (Some of them don't even know therefore cannot tell you) they are unable to produce results.
It is much like a magic trick, it looks deceiving when a good magician performs it, But once they reveal the secret it becomes so ordinary and simple.
This is the power of the mind, but someone has to show you the trick.

The 4 Keys Of Turning Your Thoughts Into Your Desired Reality

Here is another validation of how your mind affects you ability to manifest what you want, and the processes to change it.

The 4 Keys Of Turning Your Thoughts Into Your Desired Reality

Thought I'd follow up my last post on manifesting with these 4 fundamental keys. I had been doing some research for the past little while and it seems that no matter what site you're on or what book you're reading, it all comes down to these 4 things.
So let's get started shall we
1. Ask, Believe, Expect, & Receive
Pretty basic. Sums up the whole theory of the Law of Attraction, manifesting, and reality creation in 5 little words. Ask what you want, believe you're going to get it, expect to receive it, and receive! This first step is pretty big though. In order for you to believe, expect, and receive, you've got to break down your negative limiting beliefs, get in touch with who you are, and become more self-aware. Some awesome techniques to get you there are meditations, visualization exercises, journaling, and gratitude.
2. Let It Go & Relax
This kinda comes down to my last post about letting go of attachment. You've already done what is required of you so just relax. Feel good, be happy, and know that what you want is coming to you. When you think about your desire, fantasize about it, or dream about it focus on what makes you feel good and how good you'll feel when you get it. This way, the Universe will pick up on these vibrations because they're aligned with what you want.
3. Focus On What You Want
Really focus on what you desire by letting the outcome play out in your thoughts. Write about it, fantasize about it, even meditate on it. The more you do this the faster your desire will materialize. And of course, be crystal clear on what your desires are.
4. Don't Be Overly Concerned With How It's Going To Work
Again. Don't overly obsess. Follow your intuition and your inner guidance. They will let you know what to do and what action steps you need to take in order to manifest your desires. So don't worry so much about the HOW and know that everything will come in due time.

Train Your Brain
.
Train Your Brain is a new workshop I am developing. I have finally found that the biggest block to achieving the Art of Manifesting what you want is learning to control your mind...
We always reap what we sow and that is especially true with our thoughts.
There are many Great Sages that have stated this before, here are a few
As Emmet Fox writes, "The secret of life then is to control your mental states, for if you will do this the rest will follow. To accept sickness, trouble, and failure as unavoidable, and perhaps inevitable, is folly, because it is this very acceptance by you that keeps these evils in existence. Man is not limited by his environment. He creates his environments by his beliefs and feelings. To suppose otherwise is like thinking that the tail can wag the dog."
- end quote
Here is another quote -
If you correct your mind, the rest of your life will fall into place.
This is because the mind is the governing aspect of a human life.
Eliminate mental muddiness and obscurity; keep your mind crystal clear.
Quiet your emotions and abide in serenity.
--Hua Hu Ching (collection of Daoist wisdom)
- end quote
From Philippians 4:8 King James Bible -
Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.
- end quote
We Need to Focus on The Positive Rather than Negative
Paul tells us that we should think about things that are "noble" and "lovely" and "admirable" and "praiseworthy". In other words we should turn away from dwelling on that which is offensive, dirty, and negative.
Even those outside the church understand this principle. One of the most popular management books right now is called "Fish". It is a small book that tells the secrets that the Seattle Fish company learned that made their business fun, effective, and more profitable. And the first secret to their success is that they understand that they choose the attitude they have toward their work.
We can moan about our jobs. We can complain about how little we get paid. We can simply "endure" or we can choose to enjoy. We can choose to make work fun. We can choose to focus on the service we can extend, or the benefit we can provide, and we can take pride in the product we produce. It's a matter of where we choose to set our mind.
We choose the way we respond to our circumstances. We can see everything as a tragedy or view things as a challenge. We can see obstacles or opportunities. We can focus on our inability, or God's great sufficiency. It's our choice and we need to remind ourselves of this.
The same is true of people, we can spotlight their failures or their victories, the strengths or their weaknesses. Paul says we should look for the good in others. We choose how we will see others.
Have you ever stopped to listen to yourself? How much time do you spend spotlighting the weaknesses of others compared to talking about their strengths. I'd bet you spend more time on the negative than you'd care to admit. Why is that? Why do we feel superior when we are tearing someone else apart? How are we better off for ridiculing the weaknesses or quirks of another?
Paul tells us we should celebrate and spotlight people's progress rather than their weakness. We should try to catch people doing things right rather than harping about the things they do wrong. We all have rough edges, we all let people down, but beating each other up over these things doesn't help anything. When we focus on the negative several things happen,
we develop a critical spirit rather than a positive spirit
we push people away rather than draw them closer
we hinder unity by forcing people to choose sides rather than work together
we reveal that we lack love
we make others tentative rather than willing to risk because they are afraid of failure and the ridicule that will follow.
and we are inviting others to be critical of us
What is the "up side" to a negative spirit? There is no up-side. But when we are positive toward others,
we spur people on we give them courage and strength
we build a spirit of appreciation and oneness
we find that people begin to open up to us and we discover some incredible treasure in the people around us
we find that people speak well of us
people try harder and dream bigger
conflict, churning, anxiety gives way to laughter, joy and peace
and best of all: God smiles
And that's worth thinking about.
So how do you do this?
It takes effort and practice - I teach a class on changing your life that includes 2 videos which show the effects of learning and practice so I will share them here to explain -
Here is how you begin to learn waltz, notice the square in the floor so you know where to step and the count 1-2-3, 1-2-3...
Beginner Waltz
Here is what can happen if you practice - notice halfway through he begins to count out the timing... do you see the count hasn't changed, but the movement certainly has.. this is what I call dancing with GOD!
Advanced Waltz with timing
So you see the magic is not some secret formula, a new book or another guru, the magic is within you, and it is accessed through your own mind, which you CAN control if you decide to.
It requires awareness of what you are thinking, saying, blogging about at every moment. As you become aware what you are thinking, saying and even believing, you have to replace those thoughts with positive, reaffirming and pleasant ones.
YOU have to choose to do it. No one else can or will. YOU have allowed your teachers, parents and leaders to infect your thinking with incorrect beliefs and thoughts. If you doubt that, I understand your doubting, but that simply means that you will be where you are for a long time. Your pain and suffering will continue as long as you chose to accept you have no power to change your thoughts or beliefs. The choice is yours.
I sat and watched people dancing ballroom for a long time, wishing I could do that. Then I decided to change my self and took some lessons. It was hard and challenging, but with practice I am now able to dance reasonably well.
I also learned how to control my mind by applying the same principles. In the dance of life you have to learn a new dance. One where you can flow and move gracefully with correct timing and elegance.
The Choice once again is Yours... read through the previous blogs as you may find many of them contain the foundation for this work.

Why you cant Fly
.
Everybody wants to Fly... we all desire to be our greatest self...
What most people don't understand or realize the process that is required, nor do they understand how to get where they want to go.
Let's take a butterfly as an example. It starts out as a Caterpillar, (a worm) and crawls around eating leaves, can only move slowly and is susceptible to being eaten by birds and other animals.
Now if it follows its natural path it has to become a chrysalis and spend some time alone and transform. (There is no shortcut or fast food option)
Finally as it reaches maturity it has to break out of it's shell and then it spends considerable energy getting its wings out and fully functional. Eventually it succeeds and Flies away.
So ---
1. Don't complain that you can't fly if you aren't willing to go through the effort of transformation.
2. Eating leaves and complaining will never make you into a butterfly
3. Read the previous post about the warriors preparation.

The Warriors Preparation
.
Recently I have been working with a very powerful Shaman, and while we were processing we began to work on the need to Prepare for ourselves in order to create what we want successfully. Much as a warrior prepares for battle, our weapons, resources, tools must be sharpened and ready.
Today I received the article below from Jonathan Budd, it is lengthy but trust me will be a great help if you use it. -
A True Warrior
You can choose to stay and FIGHT
this battle of success, & train to become
a true Warrior.
If you choose to stay and FIGHT this
battle of success, then you must accept
FULLY the terms of this battle.
Here are the terms of this battle...
1). There is no guarantee you will survive
(win) this battle. You must not fight the
battle only because of your expectation
in winning... that is what a fool who doesn't
really have his heart in the battle does.
You must fight this battle... because that's
WHO YOU ARE.
You fight this battle, fully knowing you
may not survive, because your will for
success is who you ARE.
You are a warrior. Life isn't about some
"Desired Outcome".
It's about how you LIVE.
Your joy is in how you LIVE.
Your joy is in your FIGHT for your freedom.
The acquisition of your freedom is just
another marvelous benefit if you achieve
it... but the true joy is in the fact you're willing
to DIE fighting for your freedom rather than
live the sad life of someone in quiet slavery.
(think about that for a minute, if you're willing
to die fighting for your freedom then you are
truly tasting life. If not, you're only experiencing
a fraction of life's true flavor.)
The true joy is in your WARRIOR'S SPIRIT,
it's in the richness & strength of your Soul.
Unless you're prepared to give success
all you GOT, you're not a true warrior.
And the path of success is a warrior's path.
The 2nd term...
2). You must accept that your opponent is
extremely crafty in this battle, and the world
will SURELY demand your time, energy,
money, and resources to defeat him.
There are no guarantees, and it's highly
likely that your opponent (Challenge) will
test you in every way imaginable to see
what you're made of.
Your opponent will reveal your TRUE
colors, and allow you to see if you're really
made of strength or if you're made of excuses.
That is the purpose of the great CHALLENGE
of success. It's to reveal whether we deserve
it or not, based on how WILLING we are to
overcome any of the obstacles that are thrown
in our path.
If you quit, you never deserved the freedom
of success to begin with.
The 3rd term...
3). You must accept that to win this battle, you
will have to be highly skilled.
Only a fool charges into battle with no sword,
no shield, no training, and no skills... when his
enemy is HIGHLY skilled.
Are you a fool? Probably.
But I'm here to help you change that.
The unskilled man will be slayed very quickly
in this battle. The skilled man has a fighting
chance, although it's likely he will be slayed
as well.
The highly skilled man, the individual who
has perfected their craft through PURE
time, energy, money, and practice spent...
...Is the only one with a fighting chance
at SLAYING their opponent. (challenge)
And in fact, the more your skill increases,
the more your chances to SLAY your
opponent with ease increase as well.
(the highly skilled warrior becomes FLAWLESS,
and can win the battle of success with such ease
average man can't understand it. Yet it's really
just the warrior's commitment to the process
that has given him his powers.)
The trained "Warrior" will eat their poor, foolish
opponents for breakfast, who either through
courage or ignorance were daring enough to
charge into battle with no skills.
(don't let that be you)
If you are going to stay and fight this battle
for your freedom... then you must accept
right now it's your DUTY to train.
It's your DUTY to be skilled.
It's your DUTY to practice.
It's your DUTY to invest your money, your
time, & your energy...becoming a WARRIOR.
You are living in a pipe dream if you think
anything else is going to equip you with
the abilities to win this battle.
And when it comes to mentors...
No "Worthy" mentor worth their salt would
share their secrets with you for nothing.
Only a fool believes everything in life should
be free. All intelligent & wealthy people realize
that everything in life is a value exchange.
If you are lucky enough to find a true mentor
who is willing to take you under their wing,
and actually knows what they are talking about,
and has PROVEN it from experience, not theory...
...Then you should do anything you can to study
under their tutelage. You should humbly put
aside everything you think you know, and allow
yourself to become a SPONGE again.
Similar to the way you were when you were
first born... go back to your infancy.
Allow the world to become a brand new,
mysterious place... full of WONDER &
incredible teachings to gain.
Accept you do NOT know how to achieve
the full freedom you want. If you did... you'd
be the one teaching. And then humbly clear
space to receive the teaching of your mentor.
This is the path of the WARRIOR.
Just so you know, The process of creating
success is extremely interconnected to the
path of the Warrior.
This warrior's path isn't just a bunch of
jargon, it's DEEPLY connected to the
successful principles embodied by most
of our world's wealthy people.
The problem I see in this industry, is that
most people are NOT warriors.
They are average men and woman.
They approach success with their same
old habits, mindsets, and knowledge...
...Fully FAILING to realize that this will
get them no where amongst a path that
is immensely more difficult than the life
most average people have to live.
The average person wakes up, eats
some food, goes to work where some
else tells them what to do all day...
...They make enough money to live.
Hopefully comfortably.
Then they come home and watch TV
which is another person telling them
what to think all day.
In essence, the average person has
almost zero autonomy.
Others tell them what to do and what
to think most of their life.
However, when you come into the world
of success... that no longer works.
It's no longer good enough for some one
to tell you what to do, and how to think
all day.
Now you must do it for YOURSELF.
Once you are confronted with this reality
of success... you realize, "Wait a minute,
NO ONE else is going to do this for me."
"This is ENTIRELY up to me."
And it's true. No one else is ever going
to be successful for you. No One.
You are now in TOTAL control of the
outcome of your actions.
You are now in FULL responsibility
for everything you create... completely.
This is about the time the average
person begins getting scared. Because
total accountability means you have no
one else to blame for your life. That's
scary to the feebleness of our minds.
Warriors get scared too. But the difference
between warriors and average people is
that when a warrior gets scared...
...They do not let that emotion control them.
Average people let their emotions rule
their lives.
Warriors Rule their emotions.
The point of the "Warriors Credo" that
I'm sharing with you today is this...
#1: The reason you can feel my sternness
and TOUGH teacherness in today's email
is because I've had it with my students
approaching success from a feeble minded
position.
I want you to have a FULL understanding
of what it's going to take you for you to reach
success. Now, does it really have to be
that hard?
Not Really.
But it might be. And even if it's not...
...If you APPROACH this world of success
FULLY prepared for the battle of your life,
and committed to fighting it for everything
you're worth, do you think that's going to
increase your chances of winning?
Of course it is.
Rather then be like so many others out
there in our industry saying... "It's so easy!"
(ironically it is but only once you've become
a warrior)...
...I'd rather tell you the TRUTH so you approach
the battle with a FULL mindset prepared, to work
and learn for all your worth, so you actually
develop the skills to CRUSH your opponent
with ease, & reach your goal of freedom in life.
If you've been told it's "easy", and you've chosen
to believe this, it's likely you will fail. It's likely
your expectations have set you up to be very
disappointed, & to not take accountability for
your actions.
The error in this path is on both the apprentice,
and the "supposed" mentor claiming ease.
Both are just taking the EASY way out.
One's going for the easy sale. The others
going for the easy fantasy.
The Warrior NEVER opts to take the easy
way out. The warrior WILLFULLY chooses
the most difficult path, because he knows
that through this path he's going to gain more
strength than the average man can fathom.
I want you to pull from your mental &
tactical war chest anytime you need to...
... Any of the potent skills you have, so
that you can overcome ANY obstacle the
foe of challenge will present to you along
your path.
You will prosper.
You will grow. You can become a Warrior.
To me, the warrior's path is what's it's
all about. It's all about living a TRUE
path of HEART.
Can you say your path has "Heart"
in it right now?
Do you feel you're walking a path
of heart?
The beautiful thing about the warrior's
path, is that since the warrior approaches
LIFE within this framework...
...No matter what he experiences it's there
to serve the purpose of his GROWTH.
It's there to refine his skills...
To make him into a more well trained,
developed warrior...
And the more that happens, the more
FREEDOM & personal power the warrior
gains to live their life as they desire.
To live their life in the true joy, and peace,
that comes as a fruition of their chosen
path.
You always have the choice how you
approach to perceive your life.
You always get to choose whether or
not you will be a WARRIOR, or an
average man/woman.
You will always get to choose whether
you FIGHT for freedom... or succumb
under the pressure of challenge.
Some serve the purpose of kicking
you in the butt.
Some serve the purpose of teaching
you incredible skills.
Some serve the purpose of helping
you make decisions that are good
for you.
But no matter what... they all come
from the intention of bettering your
life, and helping you to become a
true "Warrior" capable of winning
this battle of Freedom.
Recently I have been working with a very powerful Shaman, and while we were processing we began to work on the need to Prepare for ourselves in order to create what we want successfully. Much as a warrior prepares for battle, our weapons, resources, tools must be sharpened and ready.

Similar to the way you were when you were
first born... go back to your infancy.
Allow the world to become a brand new,
mysterious place... full of WONDER &
incredible teachings to gain.
Accept you do NOT know how to achieve
the full freedom you want. If you did... you'd
be the one teaching. And then humbly clear
space to receive the teaching of your mentor.
This is the path of the WARRIOR.
Just so you know, The process of creating
success is extremely interconnected to the
path of the Warrior.
This warrior's path isn't just a bunch of
jargon, it's DEEPLY connected to the
successful principles embodied by most
of our world's wealthy people.
The problem I see in this industry, is that
most people are NOT warriors.
They are average men and woman.
They approach success with their same
old habits, mindsets, and knowledge...
...Fully FAILING to realize that this will
get them no where amongst a path that
is immensely more difficult than the life
most average people have to live.
The average person wakes up, eats
some food, goes to work where some
else tells them what to do all day...
...They make enough money to live.
Hopefully comfortably.
Then they come home and watch TV
which is another person telling them
what to think all day.
In essence, the average person has
almost zero autonomy.
Others tell them what to do and what
to think most of their life.
However, when you come into the world
of success... that no longer works.
It's no longer good enough for some one
to tell you what to do, and how to think
all day.
Now you must do it for YOURSELF.
Once you are confronted with this reality
of success... you realize, "Wait a minute,
NO ONE else is going to do this for me."
"This is ENTIRELY up to me."
And it's true. No one else is ever going
to be successful for you. No One.
You are now in TOTAL control of the
outcome of your actions.
You are now in FULL responsibility
for everything you create... completely.
This is about the time the average
person begins getting scared. Because
total accountability means you have no
one else to blame for your life. That's
scary to the feebleness of our minds.
Warriors get scared too. But the difference
between warriors and average people is
that when a warrior gets scared...
...They do not let that emotion control them.
Average people let their emotions rule
their lives.
Warriors Rule their emotions.
The point of the "Warriors Credo" that
I'm sharing with you today is this...
#1: The reason you can feel my sternness
and TOUGH teacherness in today's email
is because I've had it with my students
approaching success from a feeble minded
position.
I want you to have a FULL understanding
of what it's going to take you for you to reach
success. Now, does it really have to be
that hard?
Not Really.
But it might be. And even if it's not...
...If you APPROACH this world of success
FULLY prepared for the battle of your life,
and committed to fighting it for everything
you're worth, do you think that's going to
increase your chances of winning?
Of course it is.
Rather then be like so many others out
there in our industry saying... "It's so easy!"
(ironically it is but only once you've become
a warrior)...
...I'd rather tell you the TRUTH so you approach
the battle with a FULL mindset prepared, to work
and learn for all your worth, so you actually
develop the skills to CRUSH your opponent
with ease, & reach your goal of freedom in life.
If you've been told it's "easy", and you've chosen
to believe this, it's likely you will fail. It's likely
your expectations have set you up to be very
disappointed, & to not take accountability for
your actions.
The error in this path is on both the apprentice,
and the "supposed" mentor claiming ease.
Both are just taking the EASY way out.
One's going for the easy sale. The others
going for the easy fantasy.
The Warrior NEVER opts to take the easy
way out. The warrior WILLFULLY chooses
the most difficult path, because he knows
that through this path he's going to gain more
strength than the average man can fathom.
I want you to pull from your mental &
tactical war chest anytime you need to...
... Any of the potent skills you have, so
that you can overcome ANY obstacle the
foe of challenge will present to you along
your path.
You will prosper.
You will grow. You can become a Warrior.
To me, the warrior's path is what's it's
all about. It's all about living a TRUE
path of HEART.
Can you say your path has "Heart"
in it right now?
Do you feel you're walking a path
of heart?
The beautiful thing about the warrior's
path, is that since the warrior approaches
LIFE within this framework...
...No matter what he experiences it's there
to serve the purpose of his GROWTH.
It's there to refine his skills...
To make him into a more well trained,
developed warrior...
And the more that happens, the more
FREEDOM & personal power the warrior
gains to live their life as they desire.
To live their life in the true joy, and peace,
that comes as a fruition of their chosen
path.
You always have the choice how you
approach to perceive your life.
You always get to choose whether or
not you will be a WARRIOR, or an
average man/woman.
You will always get to choose whether
you FIGHT for freedom... or succumb
under the pressure of challenge.
Some serve the purpose of kicking
you in the butt.
Some serve the purpose of teaching
you incredible skills.
Some serve the purpose of helping
you make decisions that are good
for you.
But no matter what... they all come
from the intention of bettering your
life, and helping you to become a
true "Warrior" capable of winning
this battle of Freedom.

Getting off the Merry-Go-Round
.
A brand new view of how we are tricked in to believing that we are moving forward when we are actually going in circles.
Much like a merry-go-round many people believe they are actually moving forward, and will even explain how they are going with the flow, and they point out the speed at which they are moving is evidence that they are not standing still.
What they fail to realize is that although they are moving very fast they are simply going in a circle. The fear is if you step off the Merry-go-Round you will be left behind. Others on the Merry-Go-Round will even try to convince you it is true! And yet when you step off you see them going round and round without ever getting anywhere.
So what causes this? and how do we recognize it? and most importantly how do you change it?
It is caused by the conditioning of childhood and our past. We have been give false premises and truths by most of our teachers.
You can recognize it when you keep experiencing the same things in your life, even after changing your job, getting divorced or simply ending a relationship and them finding the next one is the same thing.
The change comes when you decide to change.
It requires unraveling your beliefs, your thoughts and your energy, realigning with what you want, and doing the work to move in that direction with complete and dedicated effort. No one can do it for you, you are the only one who can make it happen.
I share this with many people and will give you one of the secrets of success -
It requires a coach and support team.
OK here is false premise #1 - I can do it myself! (many people have tried this and failed) the reason? let me explain -
Take Golf or Ballroom Dancing for example, you can do either one by yourself. You may even become a good player or dancer. To become great you have to take lessons, hire a coach or instructor and get ongoing advice and support in order to improve beyond the basics.
Otherwise you get trapped on the Merry-go-Round believing that you are really moving, when you are not.

Changing your beliefs
.
I have been working diligently on finding a way to explain the power of shifting your consciousness and beliefs, and how it affects ones ability to create, manifest and to have what you want. At times I have found it difficult to explain and have someone accept this principle, as the concept itself challenges ones beliefs. Today I found a book that helps explains it.
Here is the latest from Gregg Braden -
The Spontaneous Healing of Belief
This is a very powerful and useful look at how your belief's affect everything in your life and the world around you, albeit the book itself does not completely solve the mystery it can help one understand the relationship of the mind, and beliefs.
